July 1970 – June 1988
Mr. Smith has been an integral part of Pacheco for a long time. Before becoming our principal, he taught here. He has been principal for 15 years. He is an avid fisherman and hunter. He started fishing and hunting when he was seven years old. We appreciate all the time Mr. Smith spends down at the school. He is always here for our extra activities and tries to make our school the best possible place. 1985-1986 EVOS yearbook dedication.
